Emma Stainsby
Front of House / Clinic Administrator
Emma joined us when we opened our Haslemere clinic and has enabled us to grow, welcoming more new patients every week! Taking care of communications and clinic administration, she is supremely well-organised and adaptable. She loves to meet both our existing and new patients, and especially enjoys seeing the progress and improvement on their skincare journey, returning with a spring in their step having received a compliment from a friend or family after treatments or consistent use of our recommended skincare.
Her experience in customer care means that Emma (along with our cutest work colleague, Sid the mini wire-haired dachshund) will always make you feel welcome. Calm and discreet, she has a ‘can-do’ approach to life and will go out of her way to accommodate your needs.
More about Emma
Emma graduated from the University of Southampton with a 2:1 in Archaeology. From here, she pursued a career in Compliance within Global Investment Management Companies in the City honing her attention to detail and communication skills; undertaking investigations, audits and training, for both senior management and investment teams.
Then followed a shift in balance to focus on family, moving out to Surrey, she was fortunate enough to be able to enjoy a few years at home as a full time Mum. Once her youngest had started school she wanted to do something more, to use her brain, but still fit around family life which resulted in a great 3 years at Millie Jones Hair Haslemere, working on reception. This was followed by an administrative support role at a local school refreshing her administration skills, until her path happily crossed with Wendy’s, and the rest - as they say - is history!
Emma plays a pivotal role not only in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, but also developing our procedures and policies, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards, being accredited by SaveFace, the industry’s regulatory body.
She loves living in Haslemere surrounded by beautiful countryside and with long walks on our doorstep. She is a mum to 3 children all at school locally, and a miniature schnauzer (the only one who enjoys the long walks!). Naturally a busy person, but also relishing the peace and quiet of a sunny walk just her and the dog, her long term dream is to live by the sea in the south of France…
